How long are your personal data stored?

If you wish to terminate the customer relationship and wish to have your data deleted, please contact us and state that you want your customer card (Name, address, telephone, email etc.) deleted. You will find the contact information at the bottom of this page.
Information on invoiced transactions cannot be deleted, as we store accounting-related documents for 5 years, after which these are automatically deleted, but we delete you from our customer database. so that you are not contacted in the future.
You can also contact us at any time to gain insight into, change or delete your information. Once all data is deleted, it cannot be recreated. If you therefore want to be created later, you must register again.
Note: Data that is required to be stored according to legislation cannot be deleted on request.

Data leakage and security

If there is a suspicion of a security breach or data leak from SW-Tools ApS, procedures are immediately put in place to assess the extent of the leak, notify potentially affected customers and users. In addition, the data protection authority will be notified within 72 hours and procedures will be immediately started to limit the extent of the damage and stop the leak/security breach.
